Your Responsibilities:
MASTER DATA
- Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as guard the master data maintenance processes
- Coordinate with Product, Supply, Quality, Finance and Production teams for completion of master data in ERP system.
- In collaboration with subject matter experts, guarantee that the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable
- Identifie areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems
- Conduct data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
- Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment on requirements of improvement projects
- Development and documentation of the processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
- Manage, analyze, and resolve data initiative issues and manage revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements
- Supporting Projects to improve master data management
PRICING
- Ensure consistency of price structure across all regions and all products
- Be responsible for active de-escalation of any price related issues
- Support for programs aimed at improving pricing.
- Development and documentation of the processes for price calculation and importation
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s in engineering, management or information systems
- Experience of 1-2 years in proven data management (university projects can be included as experience)
- Strong analytical and critical skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate on complex topics
- Practical, innovative, cross functional & agile mindset
- Fluent spoken and written English is necessary
- Good knowledge of Advance MS Excel, SQL, Power BI reporting, Anaplan is beneficial
- Proficiency in German is a great plus
