RF Test and Analysis Engineer (m/f/d) – Graduate Program
Job Location:
ï® Dusseldorf / Munich, Germany
ï® Business travel within Germany possible
Main Responsibilities:
ï® Work in Swap, rollout, customer experience improvement project
ï® Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial
GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks
ï® Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach
ï® Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal
tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance
ï® RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to
improve the radio network performance
ï® Technical communication and clarification (e.g. RF workshop) with customers
ï® Technical support on RNP&O issues
Requirements:
ï® Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT /
Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline
ï® General Understanding of Cellular network for GSM /UMTS / LTE
ï® Understanding of LTE Network Coverage and Quality concepts for LTE like
basics KPI (RSRP, SNR) and able to locate it in Drive Testing Tool
ï® Understanding LTE Throughput concepts / SSV Testing Procedures
ï® Knowledge in customer experience optimization or experience with planning
and optimization tools, Drive test and analysis capability is a plus
ï® Able to work well in a fast changing environment
ï® Excellent team spirit with good communication and interpersonal skills
ï® Good skills of MS office including Excel, MS Access, Power Point
Language requirements:
ï® Fluent in German
ï® Fluent in English
