Patent Attorney

to strengthen our offices in

Düsseldorf and Munich

Your tasks will include:
▪ Training as a European Patent Attorney,

optionally also as a German Patent Attorney
▪ Drafting new patent applications and

prosecuting them in Europe
▪ Serving national and international clients
▪ Advising on and conducting application and

litigation procedures such as oppositions and
infringement proceedings

What should you bring?
▪ An above-average university degree in electrical

engineering, physics or computer science or a comparable
qualification

▪ Very good written and spoken English
▪ German language skills desirable but not essential
▪ Ability to grasp legal issues quickly
