NOTE Gixel GmbH and Viaholo GmbH work together as a research cooperation on the future of communication. Viaholo is a 100% subsidiary of Sprin-D, and thus of the Federal Republic of Germany.
At Gixel our goal is to explore, innovate and design a novel next generation augmented reality experience. We are looking for skilled and motivated Developer to join our team in Karlsruhe.
Responsibilities
- Integrate our hardware with the operating system
- Develop our communication application to run on the system
- Help us with experiments and small projects to realize our dream of AR communication
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with Android OS
- Experience with Android APP development\
- Experience with Android NDK
- Experience with Linux
- Happy to work with Java or Kotlin
- Programming experience with C / C++
Preferred Qualifications
- Self driven
- Interest in hardware
- Experience with Android / Linux Driver programming
- Experience in VR or AR
- High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving skills
