• Your studies in engineering are going well, ideally Masters

• You enjoy customer-oriented project work, are tech-savvy and

have knowledge in Telecommunications (4G, 5G & Cloud)

• You enjoy working in Lab environments and exploring the real

network components

• You are proficient in the common MS-Office products, & have

Linux knowledge

• You have very good English skills, German skills are a plus

• You ensure the Lab functionality regarding RAN, core, transport,
devices, showcases and management for customer visits

• You support and execute physical activities (e.g. change
connectivity setup, testing new devices) to troubleshoot issues in
the network following our experts’ guidance

• Be involved in the journey to expand the Lab capabilities by
supporting new technology integration activities

• You monitor and report the network status and key performance
indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis in both RAN, core domain
platforms

• You perform 1st level of troubleshooting and involve subject
matter experts in case further investigation is needed

• You take care of the backup and server health check of our Lab
