Network Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) – Graduate Program

Job Location:

◼ Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

This position acts as the customer interface for the network product portfolio of
IT & OSS Networks / Wireless Networks or Optical Networks
◼ Provide technical support service to our customers independently or jointly with

the technical support team
◼ Provide value-added professional services support for customer
◼ Conduct project implementation and technical supervision of subcontractors or

service partners
◼ Software upgrade/update implementation of Network devices and NMS
◼ Support training workshops for our customers and partners about product

technology and service solution
◼ Provide pre-sales support for testing, bidding or workshops
◼ Occasionally take on-call shift support

Requirements:

◼ Bachelor/Master’s degree in Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering or
similar field of studies

◼ First experience with Network Technologies depending on the domain
preferred (i.e. optical networks / IT & OSS networks / wireless networks)

◼ Good team work spirit and passion for network technologies
◼ Independent working and self-learning

Language requirements:

◼ Fluent in English
◼ Fluent in German preferred
