The technological revolution and ongoing digitization are constantly changing the world of
work, driven by the covid pandemic. Traditional ways of working are reaching their limits, with
the actual meaning of New Work often remaining vague. Increasingly, companies are being
forced to challenge their existing forms of working, including the manufacturing industry. This
raises the question: How can the manufacturing industry organizationally anchor New Work
approaches?
