ABOUT FUTURE TALENT PROGRAMME
Our Future Talent Programme - Technical Track is a 1-year programme that will develop your engineering skills and bring you leading technical knowledge in an accelerated way. In the program, you will have the opportunity to both contribute to and influence the Tetra Pak technology development. You will be a part of an innovative technical environment.
From day one, you’ll be delivering results as part of the team and hold an actual permanent position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained valuable experience to help you continue your exciting career within our company.
You will be based in Hochheim.
DESCRIPTION
As a Junior Automation Engineer you will be involved in the following activities:
- Support development, validation, documentation and maintenance of innovative Mechatronic solutions related to Tetra Pak equipment, based on the actual integrated automation architecture
- Work for the integration of different modules of the line
- Read, maintain and modify technical specifications of the automation part of packaging and processing lines equipment.
- Deliver automation service support for customer requests, issues
- Be part of a truly global company and international team of engineers from all over Europe
QUALIFICATIONS
To apply for the Future Talent Programme you:
- Have finished recently or are about to finish this year your Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree with focus on Automation and Control or similar
- Have outstanding inclination towards Data Integration and Database usage (MS SQL)
- Have strong interest in PLC programming languages (preferably Rockwell Automation programming tools) and HMI application
- Are driven by automation and the fast-developing aspects (IoT, Industry 4.0, etc).
- Are eager to travel (50-70%)
- Have a mature, proactive and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network
- Have curiousness to work in a leading food packaging and processing industry
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
