Field Service Engineer / Informatic Engineer
The Field Service Engineer provides onsite and remote service and support to customers. She/He provides feedback and service knowledge to other departments to drive improvements and share information on our instruments and system service. The Field Service Engineer performs Service activities at clinical and scientific research sites according to approved written instructions, and documents the activities performed.
The Informatic Engineer supports the expansion of our highly innovative software Expressionist, a powerful solution that revolutionizes the data processing, analysis, management, and reporting of data. You will work within a strong, international, and quality-driven agile team that maintains and develops best-in-class scientific software. You will change someone's life by understanding their problem and creating solutions that work, you will save someone's day by fixing a bug, you will avoid trouble by heavily testing our software, and you will take your fellow developers to the next level by leveraging the collaborative environment where you will give and take.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/bioinformatics/computer science field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational, time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and presentation skills in English.
