In this attractive environment we are offering the interesting role as Facility Project Manager (m/f/d):

You are responsible for the planning & implementation of construction & building renovation projects in the industrial sector. Special focus is on energy saving and Isolation of industrial buildings in order to support the company goal of "CO2 net zero emission".

You control projects from the Concept design up tp finalization of the execution. Your expertise in construction management and supervision is indispensable. A basic understanding of statics and experience in repairing structural damage is helpful. You will be supported by expertise from the entire corporation.

You are responsible for achieving the project goals in terms of costs, schedule, quality, sustainability and functionality

You are also the central contact person throughout the full project.
Qualifications
Your profile:

You have successfully completed your studies of Civil Engineering
-
Ideally, you have relevant experience in the implementation of construction projects in industrial construction
-
You bring initiative, the ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
-
You have good English and PC skills
-
You have knowledge of systematic problem-solving methods
-
You are reliable, punctual and committed
-
You are characterized by an independent, creative and team-oriented way of working

You have excellent communication skills
