We are looking for you, an ambitious master’s student (m/f/d), to support our Environmental Operations by doing an internship project in developing and validating a kinetic model of a waste water treatment bio-reactor for our location in Stade, Germany.

Project description
A kinetic model (STOAT Modell) needs to be adapted to an existing waste water treatment plant reactor. Data need to validated by comparing to production and lab data and some evaluations have to be done to understand the capabilities of the existing facility.
The student will work with plant personnel, Environmental Operations Tech Center personnel as well as Lab personnel. Some fundamental literature searches will be necessary to understand the basics of the reactor processes.

You can start between February and March 2020 for a period of 6-8 months (exact timing to be discussed).
