Your Profil:

You are studying industrial engineering,

business administration,

(organizational/work) psychology,

educational research, or a related course of

study.

Ideally, you have already gained some prior

knowledge of the subject.

You are characterized by a committed,

independent, and analytical way of working.

You have a very good command of written

and spoken Spanish and English.

Within the framework of the project Y-MAS, we conceptualize, design, and implement blended

learning training programs for specialists and management staff in manufacturing companies in

Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America. We aim to offer an attractive and tailor-made

continuing education program for production management in companies in the target region such as

Totto, Espol, and Continental, among others. Y-Mas has a partners' network in Argentina, Chile,

Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay. We work together with regional partners such as the

German Foreign Chamber of Commerce, renowned universities, and local governmental institutions.
